Our goal is to deliver your products quickly, safely, and with full transparency.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.
1. Order Processing Time
We typically take 1–2 business days to process and pack your order.
Processing time includes:
- Quality check
- Packing
- Generating shipping labels
- Handover to courier partners
- Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.
Business days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timelines
We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Please note:
Delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, unexpected courier delays, or government restrictions.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
Typical structure (you may adjust as needed):
- Orders below ₹499: Standard shipping charges apply
- Orders above ₹499 / ₹999: Free shipping
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is enabled, the terms usually include:
- COD fee may apply
- COD availability depends on the pin code
- Courier may contact you before delivery
- Only cash payments are accepted at delivery (no UPI/card for COD orders)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- A tracking link to follow your package in real time
You can also track your order by visiting our website’s “Track Order” page.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to:
- Wrong address
- Unreachable contact number
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept delivery
We may charge a reshipping fee to send it again.
7. Courier Partners
We ship through trusted delivery partners such as:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- Ecom Express
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
Courier selection depends on your pin code and service availability.
8. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order is delayed or shows “delivered” but not received:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will raise a ticket with the courier
- Investigation may take 5–7 working days
- Resolution will be provided based on courier confirmation
We cannot issue refunds until the courier investigation is complete.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened at delivery:
- Do not accept the package
- Take photos/videos
- Inform us immediately at one.agencz@gmail.com
We will arrange a replacement where applicable.
10. International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
